If you are already offering information, advice and guidance (IAG) to adults on learning and work, why not join the nextstep West Yorkshire Partnership? You’ll become part of a lively network of providers who can access a range of advice and resources, and share best practice with each other.

What we can do for you....
As well as being invited to network meetings you’ll have regular updates through electronic weekly updates, the newsletter and website, and will be able to access a range of information and advice, including on IAG developments and working towards the matrix quality standard. We will signpost the services you offer, and give you the chance to be included in the West Yorkshire online directory of IAG Providers. As a member you will also have access to training and development activities for staff and representation at the annual nextstep West Yorkshire Conference. In short, we aim to give you the support that your organisation needs in order to provide the best service for your clients.

We aim to be impartial in all our dealings with our members, and treat as confidential any information about your business. We aim to carry out all our work in an open and transparent manner.

We follow the Guidance Council Code and National IAG Board of Principles, so are committed to impartiality, confidentiality, a client-focused approach, equality of opportunity, transparency and accessibility.

What we ask you to do for us....
The Partnership thrives on the active involvement of its members so we’d encourage you to take part in network activities and to keep up to date with developments in IAG.

We expect you to promote impartial IAG and provide a referral and signposting service. Like the Partnership itself, you should be committed to the Guidance Council and National IAG Board of Principles: impartiality, confidentiality, a client-focussed approach, equality of opportunity, transparency and accessibility.
